ABOUT THE CLASSES |
All classes begin with a quiet time,
encouraging the student to become centered, quiet and peaceful by following
the flow of the breath.
Classes end with relaxation. Everyone is encouraged to go to their
comfort zone during the poses and breathe. |

to assist in health issues or for specific complaints, I recommend contacting Vijay Stallings. Vijay is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and has studied extensively in U.S. and India with leading Medical doctors, meditation experts and herbal healers. ABOUT THE YOGA TEACHER |
Caroline Powell graduated
from Ananda Yoga Teaching Training in 1995. Ananda was founded on the principals of Paramahansa Yogananda and it is traditionally Hatha yoga style with an emphasis on quiet time and introspection during the poses. |
