Therapeutic Massage is a massage session focusing on a particular muscular complaint.  The session may involve deep pressure, stretching or other massage techniques.

Pregnancy Massage is performed by our certified pregnancy massage therapists providing nurturing care while providing the highest level of comfort for Mom and baby.  Not available in half hour sessions.

Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi Massage is a very relaxing, firm-pressure massage designed to relax the thought process by massaging with long fluid strokes weaving in a criss-cross pattern using the palms and forearms.  The muscles relax better when the mind relaxes.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy is a unique style of massage for those who enjoy deep therapy massage.  The majority of the massage session is centered on the back of the body.  The therapist applies pressure via her feet while allowing gravity to determine the depth of the massage.  The therapist balances herself by holding onto overhead bars.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a very relaxing, rhythmic massage that helps to promote better flow of our immune system, the lymphatic system.  This gentle touch massage has been reported to help ease headaches, inflammation and congestion.

Raindrop Therapy is the application of specific therapeutic grade essential oils to the feet and spine to bring relief from tight muscles.  Vitaflex points are massaged during the application to the feet and spine.  Massage therapy and a warm compress are applied to the back.

Reiki Energy Work is the absolute gentlest session and appropriate for sensitive individuals who are aware of  their energy field around them. Experience a session from our Reiki Master for deep relaxation.
